Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how INNOBLOCK LABS, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"), handles information in connection with the JUBAKO website and application (the "Interface"). It is a companion to, and incorporates by reference, the JUBAKO Terms of Service.

JUBAKO is a non-custodial interface to autonomous smart contracts (the "Protocol") on the Robinhood Chain. We do not create accounts, we do not ask for your name, email, or password, we set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data. The Interface holds none of your funds or keys. Most of what happens occurs directly between your wallet and public blockchain infrastructure that we do not control.

2. Information Involved When You Use the Interface

a. Blockchain data (public and outside our control). Interacting with the Protocol writes data — your public wallet address, transactions, balances, and staking positions — to the Robinhood Chain. That data is public, permanent, and pseudonymous by design. We do not control it, cannot alter or delete it, and it can be read by anyone. This is inherent to using any public blockchain.

b. Wallet address (when you connect). When you connect a wallet to the Interface, we read your public wallet address. We use it to display your on-chain holdings and eligibility, and we send it to a read-only portfolio service (see Section 4) to retrieve those holdings. We do not receive your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to move your assets.

c. Server and log data. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical information when the Interface is requested — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages/resources requested, and timestamps. We use this for operating, securing, and debugging the Interface. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

d. Cookies and local storage. The Interface sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising storage. Your wallet browser extension (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby) manages its own storage under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

e. Communications. If you write to us at the mailing address in Section 9, we receive whatever information you choose to include.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information above only to: operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Interface; display your on-chain holdings and eligibility; diagnose problems and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Interface relies on independent third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control:

• Portfolio data — Moby.markets. When you connect a wallet, your public address is sent to Moby's read-only embed API (moby.markets) to fetch and display your tokenized-stock holdings. Trade execution and any geographic access controls are handled by that service.
• Blockchain / RPC and node providers used to read and broadcast on-chain data.
• Your wallet provider (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby), which handles keys and signing.
• Block explorers (e.g., Robinhood Chain Blockscout) linked for on-chain verification.
• Linked destinations we do not operate — e.g., the Sushi launchpad, X, and Telegram.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of the Company, users, or the public.

5. Analytics and "Do Not Track"

We run no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you across sites or over time, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to disable; we honor it by simply not tracking.

6. Data Retention

Server/log data is retained for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident or meet a legal obligation. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control — we cannot delete it. We keep no account records because we create no accounts.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we handle. Because the Interface is non-custodial, we never hold your keys or funds, so the most sensitive assets are never in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for the security of your own wallet and device.

8. International Users, Children, and Your Choices

International. The Interface is operated from the United States, and information we process is handled in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative.

Children. The Interface is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 (see Terms §2). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices and rights. You can disconnect your wallet, use a different address, or decline to connect at all. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold — you can exercise them by writing to the address in Section 9. Two honest limits apply: (i) we hold very little personal data to begin with, and (ii) we cannot alter or delete blockchain data, which is public and permanent by design.

9. Changes and Contact
